Drishti, a leading Contact Center Solutions provider recently organised training sessions for its esteemed partners. The initiative focused at reinforcing Drishti’s commitment towards expansion and entering into new geographies. The two day training program was aimed at enabling the partners through the process of targeting the right prospects, discovering customers’ pain points and creating more opportunities from each deal.

The training was held in the last week of January 2014 for partners across the globe including Africa, Asia pacific, Middle East, Europe and Latin America. It covered complete functional and technical overview of the product, positioning of the product, go to market strategies and a brief introduction to the resources that Drishti provides to the partners. The training was closed with a note on product road-map and sneak peek into future possibilities.

The training enabled the partners to understand the product better so that they can match the features of Ameyo to the benefits the customers’ experience post Ameyo deployment.
